our laboratory facilities

From the time it was founded in 1983, Opti-Centre Laboratories has been an innovative and visionary player in the North American and subsequently European and Far-East contact lenses market. It rapidly established its niche as a research and production leader in the field, as much for product quality as for pre and after-sales servicing. For those who seek solutions to the various problems that affect their vision, Opti-Centre is increasingly seen as a “friend for all seasons” and for all situations. Its range of products reflects the company’s commitment to meeting the everyday needs of the modern consumer, anywhere in the world.

The company’s emerging stature as a world leader was recognized in 1999 when it was granted its ISO 9001 accreditation. This official recognition of Opti-Centre as a first-rate facility was the final confirmation in what legions of satisfied customers have known for a long time. Here, briefly, is our history.

Throughout these years, Opti-Centre has elaborated the UltraVue™ multifocal with its inverse geometry, which has obtained positive results, higher than those of the competition. In addition, Opti-Centre Laboratories keeps on advancing to improve its presbyopia correction tools with the UltraVue™ 2000 4Cycles (three-month frequent replacement plan), the UltraVue™ 2000 GP and, last but not least, the UltraVue™ multifocal toric progressive. Always seeking for new ideas, this company has attained an enviable place on the contact lens market and has become THE SPECIALIST in presbyopia correction.
